Hello Swans!
Sorry you are at home with COVID!
Here is some work for you to do whilst you are at home. Please only do this work if you feel well enough.
You may find that some of your days in isolation are weekend days. Please don't feel you have to do work on those days! However, if you feel you want to complete the units, you can do 2 days work in one day.
Please continue to practise your spellings. They are near the bottom of this page.
Continue with Times Table learning. They are so important!
In Topic/Art, please could you research all about Roman Mosaics. Produce a fact file about how the Romans made them, famous Roman Mosaics and you could even make one of your own!
In Science, we are starting our 'States of matter' Topic - please watch this video: https://classroom.thenational.academy/lessons/what-are-the-properties-of-solids-liquids-and-gases-6gv30d
Get better soon and we will see you when you are back.
Miss Yates
P.S. If you get bored there are loads of activities at the bottom of this page.

For Science - Sound Vibrations
Remember all sound travels in waves.
Go around your house and garden. Listen to all the sounds you can hear. Make a note of each one.
Then tell me, what materials did the sound have to travel through to reach your ears? How loud was the sound?
